I bought this product because I've had plantar fasciitis for a while and stretch marks, pain pills and shoe inserts have helped some but still haven't relieved my pain which started in the late afternoon or am early evening. I have tried just using a massage ball but it was mostly ineffective and painful. After searching online for other options, I came across this product and decided to give it a try. I had low expectations at first but was desperate and this product wasn't too expensive to take a chance on. When it arrived I didn't know how to use it and the instructions basically just talked about how to set it up and turn it on, not how to actually use it for the footwork. It took me a few tries to figure out how best to use it for me, but once I found it, it was worth the time and patience. I've attached a video showing how I use it to treat the knots and pain associated with plantar fasciitis for those interested and trying to get the same benefit. I find that using it with a massage ball at the end of a 20 minute session gives the best results. I would say that after doing this for 20-25 minutes each night my pain decreased by around 80-100% depending on my activity level that day. Under $100 - worth the money!
