Very easy installation, tool provided works great. Have fun modifying my watch with this kit! My only suggestion is that since the edges of the strap are so sharp and you can feel it on your wrist, that they be machined to a softer edge for comfort. Completely silver. It arrived well packaged like a real Gshock watch, case and all. Customized ban with tools enabled. The clock is perfect. My only concern is that the 4 screws that connect appear to be tight, but they seem to be holding in place. Will buy again if I get another replacement watch.
