Disappointing Sound Quality for Electronics Purchase

I was hesitant to purchase this cable, and unfortunately, my gut feeling was correct. After I put it to the test, the sound quality was mediocre at best with static and distortion. The only pro was that it fit my headphones well. The con, however, was that it didn't last very long before it malfunctioned. Save your money and invest in a higher quality replacement cable.

WILL NOT FIT AKG K545

I received this item specifically as a replacement cable for my AKG 545. When trying to connect headphones to the headphone section, the cable does not fit and easily unplugs and removes. This means this cable is useless and a waste of money. If I can't get a suitable cable, I would like to return the item or just get a refund.

Great replacement cable for the AKG Noise Canceling Headset! This is not mesh material.

A good alternative to the original cable! My wife messed up an AKG noise canceling headphone cable while getting out of an airplane seat. bam! It bent and broke. I was afraid it was the jack on the headset but I tried the Bose 2.5mm just to make sure it worked and it worked! HOWEVER, Bose and AKG are not L/R compatible. AKG didn't make the cable so I was very happy to find a replacement! It works great, the connector fits snugly and snaps in properly. It doesn't have the mesh feel of the AKG…
