Toner was everywhere in blue and black wagons! My only option is to return the entire order. I need a printer for work so I can't return all toners. I think I just have to deal with it. I don't order anymore! Unprofessional! These are also remanufactured/refilled cartridges. Above is a black tape where a hole for pouring is clearly drilled.

Just bought these toner cartridges and printed a full color poster for an event I have next week. I put the printer away because I had issues with ink bleed and poor printing, but I had to move it back in because my other printer died and I crossed my fingers and ordered a new set of cartridges for it. Update: Seller contacted and fixed the issue, was very polite, friendly and didn't push the bad review at all. I am increasing to 5 stars as the new product works well. The yellow toner cartridge (Y CMYK) has been damaged and toner/powder has spilled. The cartridge did not have the correct black release roller, orange release tabs and white plastic cap at the end of the cartridge like the C/M/K cartridges. The box for the Y cartridge also looked different from the others. Photos are attached.

UPDATE: What, 5 months? Still prints great with perfect calibration. I use this printer at work, it is used regularly every working day. For me it was a dice roll. My CP1215 printer at work printed horribly, color registration was everywhere, no amount of cold reloads and registrations could bring them back to their original position. I had problems registering HP cartridges. These units are perfect. Gorgeous colors and perfect registration means the colors match the printed page exactly. Very impressed and the price is definitely right.

Garbage. Cannot return because the time from purchase to installation was too long. Built in, and the yellow color is all over the sheet! Confirmed by replacing the old one. Black prints faint lines on the right side. This was never the case with previous HP cartridges. Updated drivers/programs, same problems.
