Braun ad claims 2 years of foil and trimmer use. I bought this product after using my new Braun 5 for 3 months because it no longer gave me a close shave. It's been a little over a year now and I'm in the process of getting a fourth foil and a trimmer and maybe a razor too. I have a very light beard and there is no reason for the foil and trimmer to fade that quickly.

The Braun Series 5 52S replacement foil and trimmer head cartridge I recently ordered works great. The processing is first class. The cutting head ensures a close and smooth shave. My razor works like new! I am very happy with this product and will order again if needed. It looks like it's going to hold up a good time.

I DO NOT LOVE this Series 5 TYPE RAZOR AND REPLACEMENT TYPE FOIL CARTRIDGE. I ALWAYS HAVE A BRAUN RAZOR AND I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT - I'M NOT THAT SATISFIED THIS TIME SO THEY DON'T GIVE THEM A GOOD SHORT SHAVE

Easy installation. Lasts 3 to 6 months depending on the stiffness of your beard. I am within 3 months. The shaver works well (even better with a lube like Lectric Shave), I've had it for a few years now and it's one of the best I've ever used.

Finally found the right one to replace the old blade! Be sure to inspect your shaver before ordering a replacement. The instructions are a bit misleading that Series 5 fits all Braun shavers. Conclusion got me!
