They should know what you are selling

I used this remote control for my Element LED TV, it did not work. Like the two before. Your team could not solve the problem. I had no choice but to return the TV and all remote controls.

No control over remote controls and accessories

Our current remote control had problems, mainly ears and tears; Buttons not visible due to usage/overuse. I bought a replacement, this particular remote, and it takes several attempts to change channels, up/down, other settings. You have to be right in front of the TV and almost kiss it for the remote to work properly. There are problems there too. This is definitely not user error. What's happening?

Original remote control for my 2015 Element TV.

I was happy to find the original remote control for my 2015 Element TV. The controls are easy, and while I haven't tried them yet, they don't seem too difficult to use. However, I was disappointed that the remote control didn't come with batteries as advertised. The advertisement said it would come with two batteries.
