Ideal for headlight housing

Perfect fit, right part, quick delivery, reasonable price. I'm excited. It would be nice to have extra low profile torque screws that you can attach to this should you need them. Easy installation. Now my headlights fit fine.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Does not fit 02 Avalanche

This product is not suitable for Chevy Avalanche 02 with body fairing. This model has a headlight mounted under the turn signal assembly. This product is for Avalanche 03 or newer that has the headlight positioned ABOVE the turn signal.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • OK

It fits and serves its purpose.

The pin groove and headlight hinge alignment was extremely tight and/or misaligned. Nothing a little"file" is not cured. I'm not sure which item was the culprit, but the driver's side headlight lit up with no problems!

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Blank

Poor quality - Poor fit

I installed this part and my headlights were dangling in the bottom retaining slot which is too large compared to the OEM part. The holes for the locking pins at the top of the headlight are also oversized, adding to the problem. I think I'll have to buy an OEM part to fix this problem. This part was of very poor quality and does not hold the headlights properly.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Worked great on a 2006 Chev Silverado 1500!

I ran over a deer a few weeks ago and luckily the only thing that broke is the bracket that holds my turn signal on the passenger side. Bought this replacement for my 2006 Chevy 1500 Silverado and it fits perfectly. In fact, it holds turn signals and headlights much tighter than the old one, which I'm very happy about. It was pretty easy to replace, would recommend to others.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Exactly what I needed

I was impressed with how easy it was to swap out this part. Basic tools should work, a 1/4" 10mm ratchet, maybe an extension, a T20 Torx (I used a screwdriver). What really helps is the plastic clip removal tool for the top plate and the 2 fasteners that holding the part in place. Took me 10-15 minutes but only because I had done similar work before. Overall easy job and a great part.

Pros
  • good item
Cons
  • not sure

Good replacement for

The bracket fits perfectly but is not as strong as the original part and allows you to move the headlights while driving. I don't drive much at night so it doesn't really matter and it's not very noticeable when driving. No idea how it looks with oncoming vehicles. I also used wire and spacers to reduce vibration. I'm not sure how much the dealer will charge for this part, but I'm sure it's MUCH more than what's here.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Secret

Got this after the truck had an unfortunate encounter with the.

Received this after a truck crashed into a concrete wall at 2mph resulting in damage to the front of the car including the headlight bracket. It can be a little confusing trying to figure out which site it is, but once you figure it out, you'll be spot on. Be careful with this, it's flimsy plastic. So if you try to put it in the wrong position, you can break it and end up in the same situation again. Also, make sure you keep the brackets from your old bracket, as this product *doesn't* come…

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
