The touch screen is not working

The product is not working Touch screen, installed and reinstalled 3 times and the product does not respond, sent a message to the seller and received no response

Received a broken part

Installed and the screen does not detect any movement or touch. I've tried reinstalling the ribbon cable 3 times to make sure it's installed correctly and isn't causing the problem. I was extremely disappointed 1 day about the return policy.

Great replacement for electric

Great replacement for our 2015 Escalade ESV. It's easy to install if you have a little patience and can follow the YouTube video step by step. Removing panels and panels, as well as small bolts and screws, requires some basic skill.

Not easy to install

Product looks OK. The installation process was long and tedious. There are many, many screws and clamps involved in removing the old screen and installing the new screen. But hiring someone to do the job would be ridiculous.

Screen installed and no response.

I followed the instructions to replace the cue screen in my 2015 SRX. Doesn't answer. Brought it back and checked all connections and still no response. The screen looks good but is unusable. To update. Received a screen replacement and the same unresponsive issue. I even had to install a mechanic to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong. That sucks, don't buy from this seller! I sent this one back too.
