Did not work with 47PFL7403D/27B

Remote indicated that it worked for 47PFL7403D/27B ; However, it was not possible to control the TV and yes, I had batteries in it. Disappointing.

Didn't work at all: Remote Controls

My TV model number was in the covered TV list but this remote control didn't work. This made the light flicker like it was receiving some kind of signal, but that didn't really do anything to the TV. This sounds like a very common problem reading other reviews.

would work just point at TV once you put batteries in

Doesn't work on my Philips TV, it just flickers the light so I'm sending it back. The purpose of my purchase is that my remote control that came with my Philips TV no longer controls the volume. How did I know my TV was manufactured in August 2008
