Great tool when it concerns anonymity

The best part about this software is that you are able to write an anonymous report without fear or repercussion! I have had multiple coworkers who do not want others knowing what was said in their presence because other people may think differently than them which could lead into problems at work for both parties involved. This has helped me as well since there haven't been any negative consequences from writing reports like these so far but we shall see if anything comes up later down the…

Great tool and resource when it comes

I like that there is an anonymous reporting system for employees who have issues or concerns about their supervisors/ managers without fear being retaliated against in any way by said manager(s). Nothing really at this time - would be great if more businesses adopted these types systems! This has been very helpful as my organization deals primarily w professional development opportunities which are sometimes difficult (if not impossible) due to confidentiality agreements we must adhere too…
