Studies have confirmed that keto works!

I've been using this product for a few weeks now and it's working fine. I'm trying to follow a keto diet but not very successfully but I'm still losing fat around my waist.

Pros

Effective when taken as directed (30 minutes three times a day before meals)

I've lost a few pounds but don't remember taking it 30 minutes before lunch and dinner (no problem with breakfast). I definitely feel like it works when I eat breakfast (I feel warm), so I sincerely believe that if I made a habit of taking it with lunch and dinner, it would be very effective.

Doesn't live up to the hype.

My order came quickly and I was happy to get started. I started taking the product before my next meal as directed and continued for the next week (7 days). I weighed myself on the morning of day 8 and was disappointed to find I had only lost 1 pound! .So I continued. Over the next week, not only did I NOT lose weight, I developed an ulcer on my tongue! Since then I stopped using the product and the tongue ulcer has disappeared. I will not order KETO anymore!
