I am somewhat disappointed with this UV resin. I have a 54w nail lamp and it takes five two minute sessions to half cure the epoxy. Then I have to put my project outside in direct sunlight for about 20 minutes to finish curing. I apply very thin layers so I don't know why it isn't healing. It really sets, it just takes time and patience to get there.

Playing with resin for the first time and this UV resin fits perfectly! It was so easy to pour into the different molds I had. I wanted to make beads and they didn't make a mess. Just a word of warning, they work and dry best with white molds, not darker molds. We tried making some of the red and brown shapes and they took forever to dry. But we got away with it by layering everything. Super fun to use!

I UV cured it and let it cure naturally just to see if there is a difference. when you demould this resin. There are so many imperfections and there are areas where the resin looks like it has degraded leaving holes in the finished product. It's good for fixing small things, but I'll never use it again, especially for smaller projects like keychains or self-defense charms. It kinda smells too. Get more work done instead of making small things easy and quick.

I've been experimenting with different resins for a while, including regular a+b resins and UV resins. this is my third UV resin. It's amazing, no problem! It pours perfectly transparent and the bubbles disappear before the project is completed. it cures quickly under ultraviolet light and hardens like a stone. The bottle makes it great to use for small projects like jewelry and other projects.

I've tried curing this resin many ways, first with a UV lamp, then in the sun AND when it's cloudy outside, as instructed. I waited longer than stated on the bottle. It will NOT heal no matter what! It still remains sticky. I left one of these for a week and the top coat eventually hardened a bit so it could be peeled off. This is the worst UV resin I have ever bought from Amazon. Please choose a better brand or get it from another website. I used two different methods to cure the resin: a nail lamp and a flash. If you want a fire hazard in your life, you should buy this resin. If you want sticky bits to pick up all the dust and pet hair around your house, you should buy this resin. Why does it smoke in the light but never heal? We'll never know. What I do know for sure is that it won't harden because it's not mixed properly.
