I don't know who was responsible for the "design" of these face masks, but they were clearly aimed at visual aesthetics rather than comfort and actual fit. These masks are so uncomfortable and ridiculous to put on and wear without pulling your ears that you just end up not wanting to bother with them and stop trying. Sad because they look great. Since the beginning of the pandemic I have tried different masks and hoped this one would be good. Should have paid more attention to negative reviews. This is probably the worst mask I've used so far. Very uncomfortable, very hot, the filters don't really fit in the mask no matter how you try to position them. Plastic rubs against the face and the strap around the back is unnecessarily thick and hot. This is a really terrible design and a waste of money. They will throw them in the trash.

1. Difficult to assemble. There are two black plastic parts for each of the two holes. The first piece is best trimmed using a ballpoint pen to push the fabric along the edges. The second plastic part is then twisted to lock it in place. It's easier to do once you figure out how to do it.2. The grey-white filter blocks most of the air except for the seam where most of the air enters. In other words, most of the mask is too heavy to breathe, and the seams are imperfections that allow air to pass
