Most cups and lids can be used. However, there are a few instances where the mug has raised rims and is therefore unusable. There are also cases where the lids have cracked and are therefore unusable. While it's not most broken parts and pieces in pieces, buying in bulk is never fun. I give it four stars for that alone, otherwise effective.

I use these 12 ounce mugs with lids at home and on the go. Cups are strong, lids are very reliable. They keep your coffee, tea etc hotter longer and not too hot to wear sleeveless.
