I really liked the look of these Anderson Powerpole Covers. I bought the kit when I started converting all my radios to powerpoles. They do an excellent job of covering the powerpole. If cut properly. I found it a bit difficult to get the hole well cut in the end. Sometimes I succeed. Wires go through, everything looks great and provides extra support. No other time. Then it looks a bit sloppy and torn. Your mileage may vary.

This is a great way to protect the back of the poles from dust and debris. However, there is no good way to drill a hole the size of your wires through the end of the wiring. However, a piece of 3:1 adhesive-coated heat shrink tubing (maybe it's 3/8?) barely slides over the part that goes over the wire and adheres well to most wires you would use with power poles, so basically the back side seal side and holds the lid in place.

I argued about this for a while, the only thing that made me hesitate was the comments about extended delivery times. When I finally decided to order, I ordered two packs. Received it this morning and just finished installing a fuse link with it. I wish I had ordered four packs! While they offer little strain relief, they still offer some protection from dust and dirt on the back and just give the cables a very nice "finished" look. .
