Received a 220V unit instead of 115V but the seller fixed it quickly. The product works as advertised. I deducted a star because the instructions are difficult to understand. I would buy it again as it does everything I need.

Pros: It's very useful to get weather alerts indoors or outdoors when there's a problem. It was easy to set up with the previous calling system I had. short (less than 60cm) making the clock difficult to put on the table. It also has a magnetic mount on the back of the watch that is very sensitive to movement.

The main reason I bought this item is so my mom doesn't have to yell at me. So for this purpose I like the vibration of the clock rather than the annoying loud doorbell waking everyone up. But I have to mention a few things: 1) Sometimes the clock didn't ring but the TV rang when they pressed the call button. At least one! 2) The watch only lasts one charge for one day.

It was the perfect solution for my mother's care. The plug-in is in my bedroom for late-night calls, and the watch allows me to be in the garden or out shopping and answer when she needs help. I've tried 2 models of the Singcall 'Watch' pager but I think this one is much better for the following reasons: 1. The face is easy to read. Like a real clock 2. Setting up paging was so easy and straightforward that I didn't need any instructions3. The watch strap has a real buckle so it won't snag on things or fall off my wrist every time I reach into my pocket.4. The sound is loud enough. The vibration function is hard to miss. Both Singcall models failed to meet all of the above.

At first I only gave it a 5 but I have a small complaint; The wall unit sometimes doesn't ring, although the clock buzzes and vibrates to let me know I've been called.
