I bought these for my staff at my restaurant and we are very pleased. I started using them 2 weeks ago and they work great and are just what we need for communication. between our hostesses, kitchen and servers. I highly recommend this product

Bought for use by school staff with their walkie talkies. Staff felt more comfortable than the version sold with a walkie-talkie. I haven't heard any complaints about the sound, but not having experienced it personally I can't confidently judge it.

I keep buying these headphones because of the quality of performance we get from them. I lead teams for various pop culture/anime/steampunk conventions. A lot of people don't like the standard headsets that come with the radios we use, so we're switching to them.

I've had them for a few months now and they still work. I got them for my work colleagues and we work in a noisy factory and the speaker is good and the sound comes out of the earphone. I've had other mics that only lasted a few days but the same mic lasted months so I'm very impressed and will definitely be buying again!

We received these with Retevis radios for use on the paintball field. These worked great. The thin plastic tube that goes in the ear was very comfortable under a paintball mask and the sound quality was great. The PTT button has a handy collar clip. I would definitely recommend these for your radios when using them at team events.

Does what it's supposed to. Everything in the package (10 sets) worked and worked very well. Clear sound in transmission and reception. You just have to speak a little closer to the microphone. But for the price I would definitely recommend it. You can't go wrong. We've been using this for about 2 weeks now, day in and day out (used 8 out of 10), over the summer (sweat is a common factor) while still working. Again, you can't go wrong with the price (even if it only lasts about 3 months).

The company can be helpful. They sent a new box of headsets based on my review but over the past 2 years we have shipped an average of 1-3 headsets per person per year. They work great for us until they die. I've tried other types of Retevis headphones, but I didn't like any of them. I've just come to terms with the fact that it's a one-time thing for us. I ended up getting a replacement for the G headsets I bought, but I'm very happy with their customer service. They also specifically addressed my initial observation of earbud size.
