Does what it's supposed to. Everything in the package (10 sets) worked and worked very well. Clear sound in transmission and reception. You just have to speak a little closer to the microphone. But for the price I would definitely recommend it. You can't go wrong. We've been using this for about 2 weeks now, day in and day out (used 8 out of 10), over the summer (sweat is a common factor) while still working. Again, you can't go wrong with the price (even if it only lasts about 3 months).
