Good quality tie but too long for a four year old. I may have continued reading the reviews but this tie is too long and would probably fit a teenager. I will not be returning and waiting for my 4 year old to fit into the future.

Speaking of recoil! At this price I was expecting very poor quality, but bearable for my son's dressing day for school. I was surprised at how good the quality was when it arrived and had a hard time distinguishing it from the much more expensive ties. Wouldn't put a pro in them, but they're fine for teens and young adults in humble jobs.

This is a very good tie for the price. I bought it for Halloween and it fits very well. I usually wear it with a dark gray shirt and it looks lovely. The tie is about the size you would expect. The material has held up to a lot of wear and tear (even after Halloween) and I haven't had any issues with fraying or seams coming undone.
