🎿 Retrospec Powersports - H1 Ski & Snowboard Helmet for Enhanced Performance Review

I bought the helmet because of the great reviews, it managed with a good price. The helmet fitted great and was comfortable for all day skiing.

I was hesitant to order this helmet because of the negative reviews but I'm glad I tried it. The helmet is well made, durable and comfortable to wear. I ordered an extra one for the wife to use when riding our e-bikes.

I haven't skied in many years. The last time I skied, helmets were optional. So it was the first helmet I ever skied with. It was light and comfortable. Looks great (mine is black). My ears were warm. They match my glasses. I could put the glasses on or over my eyes. My only gripe would be that the rear goggle latch is top mounted instead of bottom. But that's not enough to give me a rating below 5 stars.

First things first. That's a good helmet. ABS shell and thick padding inside. It is convenient and easy to adjust. Second, as someone said, it's a bigger helmet. he looks big If you want a low profile. it's not that. However, it's designed to protect your brain. Overall I am happy with this helmet. It is certainly well built and of good quality. I use it for winter cycling and it keeps my head much warmer than my summer cycling helmet. It offers space for a balaclava under the helmet and is very comfortable. It's a bit heavy, big and bulky. I notice others with more compact helmets that look more natural. To me it's like a football helmet without a mask. I don't care because I trust that if I hit my head on something, he will protect me. I give it five

I would actually rate it 3.5 stars. It worked very well. Looks great but had a few downsides. Cons: • I think the biggest problem I had was that it didn't quite work with my glasses. Perhaps a pair of glasses with a smaller frame would be better.
