Update: The company read my review and sent me four replacement bags so their customer service is good. I look forward to giving them another chance as I understand they may need a softer touch. I wanted to avoid using so many plastic marinade bags so I ordered these. Arrived last week and looked great but washed with soap and water after first use and the side just came open. Don't know if this is a lack of one bag or if all are, but clearly disappointing.

I've used these to prepare several frozen meals that were frozen for about 6 weeks before use. Pros: - seals very well; The dishes I cooked had enough liquid and there were no leaks. I turned the packages upside down before everything froze. - Unfolds to store food in the freezer. - Accessible. I don't have many of these but I have used them a lot and I like them mainly because they can be washed and reused. I've used them for everyday use (to keep things fresh) and so far so good.
