When I first used this silicone mug to melt wax in my electric heater some of the coatings came off and melted on the heater. The second time I used it I doubled the cups to make a thicker layer and it seemed to work much better with no residual dirt.

I bought these because I figured I didn't need paper backings. Paper backings can also be reused. It's not like this. The wax film appears to seep and build up on the outside causing these liners to stick to the holder to melt the candle. I wouldn't buy them again. As the wax builds up, the liners will stick to the candlestick. They are totally contrary to the purpose for which I bought them.

I am disappointed as I can still get smelters in containers. It should be airtight but it looks like the silicone container has a leak or something. can't find the leak! Some melters have contaminated the silicone bowl. Didn't think that would happen. We clean them, they peel! Not sure what it is, but cleaning old melters is great, just not sure why the silicone cup is peeling off.

They're literally muffin cups. I was expecting them to be a bit larger, they are too small for my wax warmer (I have a Yankee candle center). I tried it anyway and it works, only you can't put much wax in it and the cup can tip over if you're not careful. Although that's a great idea! I only wish they made some that were bigger than they were perfect!

These are definitely the best wax liners! Old melts no longer have to be "poured out” or "tidy up”. Great quality but not so thick that you can smell the full flavor of the melts. They work in both electric and tea light heaters and don't retain the smell of the previous melt, so your next scent will be exactly as it should be. Heating pad without removable cup. Problem solved!. You can use them again and again. Highly recommended (but of course)!

No problem, it's not too thick or melts. There are no leaks yet. I haven't had them long enough to determine if the silicone will break down and start peeling off as some say. But at 20, even if it happens, it's no problem to use another! Why else buy 20? Eventually, they will definitely wear out! I definitely recommend her highly! Perfect size, no more mess and you can change the scents every hour if you want! The taste is like you used it without a bowl with no mess!

At first I thought this product was fantastic! I hate getting the wax out of my heating pad when I'm ready to change up my scent. I usually try to turn it on and then come back 20 minutes later and take the disc out of the wax but I usually forget and it melts completely and I have to start the cycle over. So it seemed like a great solution. You can still smell the wax, the silicone doesn't overpower it which is great! But when I removed the cup from the heating pad, I noticed that it came off?
