The item I received was difficult for me to assemble so I returned it for a replacement. a replacement should come. Despite the confusion and changes, I got my money back quickly.

Works fine once you put the batteries in. The packaging was old and had been separated from the plastic piece by piece. It literally took me weeks to remove the base without damaging it and put the batteries in. Otherwise I would have given a higher rating. I can't wait to change the batteries again.

I couldn't get it to work at first. Then I went to get new batteries and it still didn't work. I then adjusted the small wire springs inside the lid and saw signs of life. But I still had to tweak it to make it work! So I keep my fingers crossed that it continues to work. The scrubber is a bit noisy, but that doesn't bother me as long as it works! Difficult to swap batteries - if it doesn't work the first time try the batteries in different ways, I didn't have a clear guide, how to install them . Use in semi-commercial cleaning. Best used with Clr/lime mortar on stainless steel sinks and faucets. Works great for small jobs. Unfortunately not powerful for solution processing. My batteries don't last long but I can clean 7 bathrooms a day for about a week before needing to replace them. Dropped 3-4 feet a few times and it still works.
