An easy to install method to prevent accidental thread cutting. Apparently they are included in some (top) machines.

I kept cutting the thread by accidentally rocking the pedal backwards and that solved the problem. I have a Juki TL 2010Q and it works great with this pedal.

I was happy to find this for my Juki pedal. I've used it a few times but sometimes it doesn't seem necessary. I was afraid of accidentally cutting the thread when accidentally sewing, but that wasn't a problem even without a thread limiter.

I have a Juki 2010Q at home and bought it for our church that we use in our prayer ministry. Pressing the back of the pedal with your heel will cut the thread. I kind of do it when I don't want to. So this stop prevents that. All I have to do to cut the thread is press the scissors button. I don't have to fight the foot pedal if I don't want it to cut.
