It really did nothing and I have pretty good skin tone for my Senior age. It may work better if you are younger than 60 yrs. old.

I've been using this tightening serum for a few weeks and have noticed improvements in skin texture. This has helped lessen the sun damage my skin has accrued over the years and has seemed to strengthen the area overall and give it a glowing look. I'm a huge fan of retinol in face creams so it's nice to find one with argireline as well for the neck area.

I had used this in the past and liked it as long as it was paired with the Gold Bond cream. However I ordered it again in January and this bottle is causing a horrible bumpy rash. At first I thought it was something else but I have now narrowed it down to this. I don’t know if they changed the formula or if I just got I e bad bottle. Do a small patch test first to test for allergies.

Just recently received it and started issuing. Very thin and after reading other reviews I going to start adding a moisturizer.will add to reviews after 30 days.

I highly doubt this contains 2.5% retinol, as it states, if any. I was using a retinol product, previously, that contained a much smaller dose and I occasionally had mild burning or tingling, which tells you it’s working. This product doesn’t feel like it’s doing anything.

Very good product. Smooths out my ugly turkey neck. Have purchased a couple of times and I will keep buying this. This works the best.

I like it but for the packaging. It's so hard to see the tiny hole, that I always end up squirting not in my hand. I also pulled the top off before I realized it was a pump. I don't see why they cant just make a basic, simple bottle. Otherwise, I do like it though I haven't noticed any significant improvement. I'm just really using as a deterrent.

If you're looking for an effective firming and tightening serum, this stuff right here will do the trick for you. God, this is my personal favorite. No tightening serum has worked this great for tightening the saggy skin in my neck area. Kudos to the chemists who worked their butt off for such an awesome product.

This product has enough good feedback for me to take my chance with it. I aim to improve the sagging on my neck and chest area. I've only been applying this for days, and I quite like the texture. It also doesn't make my skin dry at all, but even moisturizes it. Looking forward to great results!

It was not the product I expected and not the same feature like the one I have at home. Since I opened and used it for three days, I didn't return it. But for future I learnt any item I shoudl look at the product whether it looks like the same I have on hand . Very diassappointed to spend that kind of money and be not happy and going to sit in the dresser.

I've tried different neck and decollete serums and moisturizers before with meh results, so you can imagine my surprise when this serum actually worked! One pump in the morning and one pump in the evening; work into your neck and chest, follow with a neck and chest cream and see results in about 2 weeks. I think its a great value for the money, is moisturizing and okay for sensitive skin. Will purchase again.
