For the price it's an amazing rig

The only gripe is that the camera only screws into the shoulder mount plate with a special Allen key, making the task difficult. Other than that, it's an amazing setup for the price.

Pros
  • It's amazing
Cons
  • No automatic

Fixed front mount will not attach to rails

Fixed front mount will not attach to rails. Haven't used it yet because the mount won't tighten on the rails and won't stop sliding. The bolt isn't long enough as it bites into the rig itself, or I need a wing nut or something that fits on the end of the bolt to clamp the brace when the rails are inside. Sure, it costs less than $150, but come on, not ready to use right out of the box?

Great value for money, amazing durability.

This shoulder grip combines two qualities that every novice videographer and professional videographer needs: value and durability. worth every penny. The rods are of a durable quality but not to the point that you get exhausted from use. The shoulder mount and handles have comfortable, wear-resistant pads and tensioning mechanisms. a pinch instead of a screw that helps when the rig gets wet. Take it for quiet shots, you owe it to your sore hands.

Pros
  • Rugged construction
Cons
  • Worry me

Sturdy buttstock for beginners

Pro: Received yesterday via UPS, well packed in foam and partially assembled, just need to attach the grips. The rods and orange latches are metal and of solid construction. The handles are offset so the monitor can be mounted on a long handle. The shoulder pad can be lifted and placed on a quick release plate that can be attached to a tripod. The lack of counterweights up front can get heavy. There is no quick release plate for the camera. All in all a solid product that's well built and…

Good build but a few construction issues

PROS: I haven't owned any of the shoulder rigs under $100 so I can't directly compare the build quality but with design/manufacturing experience I can say that I find those Quality of this setup very good. All sizes are standard (15mm rails spaced 60mm apart) so most accessories should fit. I bought a SmallRig top handle and mounting block that fit perfectly. My Fotga DP500 2S attaches easily and securely. I bought a Manfrotto 577 quick release base and it attaches securely to an SR-1500 camera

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • Damaged
