Not the best and not the worst. Great for the price. Easy to use, unusual shape, so you need to buy special boxes. Not UL listed for high voltage, but there are ways to connect high voltage inside the box.

Used on our boat as a controller for a 12V LED system I have installed. Located in the glove box, definitely wouldn't leave it to the elements, but works great so far! Nothing complicated was required for such a connection.

I originally thought it was a tiny ribbon connector but when I took it apart again I found the ribbon is fine and mine is just haunted and random white one - and turns off. It's creepy, like random.

I bought 4 of these in 2018. There were problems getting one of them to work stably. The red and green on the controller are opposites, so the wires need to be reversed. Postpone them a few years because the project has been put on hold. Only recently opened the boxes to revise the installation in a bar project. Still couldn't get the product to work fully and then didn't work at all. I'm glad I didn't epoxidize them.

The color picker in the middle doesn't work for almost everything and the individual colored buttons at the bottom have to be pressed twice to get the color indicated by the button. The brightness buttons don't affect dimming, they make the line flash different colors. It's just weird how fundamentally non-functional this device is. This thing makes the LED strip glow, but it's almost useless to adjust the color.

As another seller pointed out in a video review, this RGBW product does not work when wall mounted. The cable that connects the touchscreen to the board prevents the device from working properly because it touches the buttons on the back of the scoreboard. I've tried everything I can think of and can't get it to work. This is very disappointing as I have already cut out the wall for this unit. If anyone has a solution please let me know.

Top buttons work as bottom buttons. The buttons on the bottom perform the function of the top button. All colors are opposite to the color wheel. Wire placement, but you can't fix the fact that the mode buttons actually control color and vice versa. It's just that the item was assembled incorrectly. On closer inspection, a recoating was ruled out. The risk of plastic cracks is too high.

Bought twice. Early controllers had a bug that prevented the device from turning on after the center power button was pressed. But I'm already used to this device, so I bought two more to replace the old ones. The new ones work fine, when you press the off button it turns off and when you press it again it turns on. The color selection is excellent. I used these controllers with a hockey puck type LED light. Luminaires are used both to illuminate cabinets and to illuminate glass shelves.

Had to deduct 2 stars for the following reasons: - No modes to smoothly switch colors without completely dimming the light between colors. All other controllers I've used can seamlessly switch between colors without fully dimming. The speed and brightness buttons are the same buttons, so sometimes you'll dim the lights when you want to slow down - a bit of a hassle. is not illuminated. It's completely black at night and you'll need to use a flashlight to find or navigate it. -- EVEN super cheap
