Had to deduct 2 stars for the following reasons: - No modes to smoothly switch colors without completely dimming the light between colors. All other controllers I've used can seamlessly switch between colors without fully dimming. The speed and brightness buttons are the same buttons, so sometimes you'll dim the lights when you want to slow down - a bit of a hassle. is not illuminated. It's completely black at night and you'll need to use a flashlight to find or navigate it. -- EVEN super cheap remote RF controllers have a backlight -- And by "adopted glass" they mean plastic. It's a plastic cover, probably acrylic or polycarbonate. PROS: - The buttons are quite responsive. They work great with RGB lighting, but even better when you have RGBW lighting. I like the functionality of the single color buttons. You may have one or more enabled. - 20 dollars. Overall, this is a great controller for the money, aside from a few missing features. I personally return it due to the lack of features listed above, but my application is very specific. They're perfect for lighting under a cabinet or table, but I think I'll need a higher-level controller. I would buy them again for easier use.
