Great Productivity improvement Tool for Sales and Customer Service

I like how it's easy to use because of its simplicity; you can interact with your customers through messaging or voice calls which is very helpful especially in sales where clients are busy all day long. It has improved my productivity since we have been able so far! There isn't any downside as well that i know about but then again there may be some other ways too by using another platform or software available outthere right now. This helped me improve our productivity within just few days…

  • Quick response times for messages sent via chat, email &amp phone call options.
  • User friendly interface
  • Can customize according client needs/wants
Cons
  • Still need more improvements yet.
  • Not much tutorials provided regarding setting up an account only limited videos

Great for remote working and offsite employees

I like that it is so easy to use with my current software/hardware setup! It's not as robust or flexible than some other platforms but we are in an early stage of development where this doesn't matter much yet (we will be adding more features soon). The platform has allowed us access into our client databases which was previously only available through manual data entry by myself & team members who were at each site during their visits - now these can all easily update themselves from home…
