Sturdy, handy and beautiful jugs. Now these are my favorite pitchers to work with. I like that they come in different sizes and are sized internally. They arrived on time and are in good condition.

Jug is good but I have a different size. I bought 20 ounces but they sent me 12 ounces. Label says 20 ounce jar but box says 12 ounce jar. The photo shows the actual size is 12 ounces. What can we do to solve this problem? The problem is that I live in Brazil to return this product more than the price of a new pot. Thanks.

I've been using this for over a month now. It pairs beautifully with my 20oz black Rhinowares foam pitcher. This can help me comfortably make enough frothed milk for two 12-ounce lattes, but I can probably increase it to three if I want to. It's good for making yourself a latte or cappuccino. I also have a short Rhinoware analog thermometer - basically I'm trying to say that I would recommend Rhinoware products to anyone after trying their stuff.
