I like the concept of Rifle and how the UI is easy to navigate and understand, and that it is a great learning platform. I dislike how the pricing is set up and how they don't let you move to a cheaper plan when your usage increases. Instead, you have to pay for the entire month. I like that it's customizable to fit your needs! You can make as many customizations as you want with this plugin. It also has some pre-built templates which saves time when creating new pages or posts in WordPress. The only thing i dislike about rifle was how slow their customer support team could be sometimes if they were offline at all times during business hours (10am - 6pm ET).
