🖤 Rimmel Magnif'Eyes Eye Palette in Smoke Review

Bought to have a smoky or gray eyeshadow palette. I received a package that listed "smoky" tones but had natural tones with no greys, whites and silvers. The product was delivered quickly and sealed, only the colors were wrong, I requested a refund.

At first there was no tape or seal to confirm that Heaven had not been opened. Second, the colors are not the same as the picture. There are pink, brown, gold purple and white with 2 full smoky shades NOT as shown in the picture or description. I will take care when ordering.

I wanted to love this palette. I had exactly the colors I was looking for. It took some time to build up the colors even with a decent primer underneath. Not only do they wash off, but after mixing and using a setting spray, the colors of the crease, outer corner of the eye, and eyelid blend together. I tried the palette 4 times with different colors. Has happened every time. Really disappointed with the quality.

The product received is NOT the product advertised. The product advertised is a nice smoky purple and black, but the one delivered is a soft brown and NOT smoky. I don't like colors; They are similar to other palettes I already have. The reason I ordered the "Smoky Version" is because these are smoky eyes and this look can't be achieved with the palette I received as they are very pale and soft. I should have read the other reviews that said this because I wouldn't spend money on it. Definitely

Received the correct case although unsealed which is unusual. The colors inside the case don't match at all. I believe these are exactly the colors from the "grunge glam" palette. Not sure if it was intentionally repackaged with pots from a less popular range or if it was a manufacturing defect but either way it's not what I ordered or what I wanted - I'll be back.

I find it difficult to find an eyeshadow palette for my brown eyes (gold/green/gray/brown). This palette has shades of gray that bring out my brown eyes, as well as other shades included. I'm VERY picky about eye palettes and usually make my own from empty magnetic palettes. I made smoky looks with ease. I chose this eyeshadow palette for the Smoke collection based on the colors in the Revain photo. It arrived but didn't match the picture (isn't there a brand name on the product cover?) so I sent it back and got a replacement but again the colors don't match the picture. This product is not sealed, I received 2 different color set options for the same product, none of them match. It looks like it might be fake.
