Ringophone user / tester with over 10 years professional telecoms industry

Easy set up of new users in office as well out side; no additional software required for desktop use/mobile access from anywhere via internet connection (no local network requirement). Great UI if you have basic knowledge about networking protocols used by VoIP devices like Sip Trunks etc., otherwise it can be very frustrating trying figure thingsout yourself! Also support team at ringoTel has been less than helpful when I've had questions regarding their products - they are not proactive…
