Don't waste money.

Be skeptical of reviews saying it's not crap. If you really expect them to pop out of a greeting card like in the video you will be very disappointed. They more or less flop when they hit the ground. I gave them 3 stars for durability because I was able to roll them up 50-60 times as recommended in the instructions. Don't waste money.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Nice view but they fly like bricks.

They flop and fall to the ground. Edit: I had an idea and it worked to make them fly MUCH better! You need to bend the cardboard wings in opposite directions to make them work like an airplane propeller when spinning! You need to put it in a flat "box". If you put it in a book, the wings might flatten out again and it won't work. I used DVD/CD "Jewel Case".

Pros
  • Lasting test results
Cons
  • New competitors have emerged

Couldn't have enjoyed it more than this

Worth every slap in the face. Bought this for Mother's Day and used it on all my daughters in law, mother in law and my mother. Couldn't get more joy out of them than these. I'm sure I can get one of the Treos in return. Although I'm fine. The product itself is simple, but worth it if you don't pull out your own craft supplies.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

It's good if you change the rubber bands.

The supplied rubber bands are bad and brittle. They just fell to the ground. It was a bit tight at 50rpm, I got to the full 60rpm as instructed in the instructions and the bands broke. I replaced them with a regular office rubber band folded in half. It flew MUCH better. It might feel tight at 40-50 rpm, but you still need it. It also works with a third elastic, the same as those included in the kit. I would find another one of these ads to add.

Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

KNOW what you are buying!

This is the third time I have ordered them. I use them to send postcards to family and friends - mostly to cheer someone up. I wind them up about 20 times. They don't always fit the cards I have, so sometimes I have to bend the wings a little to make them fit. They STILL work! gave me great feedback - said something along the lines of "WOW, that scared me!" to "At first I thought a moth was flying at me." I found this to be an amazing way to give someone a virtual smile send. when I can't be…

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Dear
