Quality and size were good (the size was exactly the measurements given). It was also well packaged so it arrived undamaged. The color is a little lighter than in the photo. I got the color slate gray. It's definitely not 17 inches tall, it barely reaches 15 inches and is less than 1 inch wide at 23 inches in diameter.
