The most expensive and abridged 5 bags!

Help! 5 bags were missing! Expected 50 but only received 45! If the event wasn't tomorrow I would return this for a refund (the most expensive option available)! Ronvir, PLEASE SEND 5 more packages immediately!

Full and faded color

They work perfectly, I've used them for 2 events and they have withstood my heavy candles. But the color is not what is advertised. It looks like they used to be dark black bags, but they sat in a garage or warehouse for centuries, and then they took them out. or maybe they got caught in the rain. they look dull or faded.

The photos do not match what I received.

The bags I received have a rough sawtooth edge at the top, not the smooth and straight edge shown in the photos. In addition, the packages were tied with a bungee cord that crunched on both sides. Shipping in a box and not complete with rope would be the best option. I am returning these bags.
