Great customer service but it broke after a short time resulting in my phone being thrown off my trip.

After about 2-3 weeks of use on the highway and trails, it broke while driving on a slight hill section. I wouldn't use it again as I don't want to accidentally damage my phone. The concept and design was functional/good, but the build quality didn't match my prized phone. I would like to add: Following the above review, Revain Marketplace's Northe Co has issued a full refund after reading my review. Not suitable for phones with a volume button in the middle

I have a Nexus 6P phone and a fairly standard bike. Even with all three rubber strips included, I couldn't get the diameter small enough to fit my handlebars. I was able to attach it to the handlebar post and I actually like that location even more, but I was expecting it to fit on the handlebar itself. Sturdy phone holder for city walks with your dog

I love this bike holder. I ordered this for my kickbike scooter after looking for a strong mount that would lock in place when using my kickbike for country rides with my dog. I have a different mount on my bike and found that while it is more adjustable and easy to remove if needed, it doesn't stay in place for long and I was afraid I would lose if the dog pulled me or the scooter would tip over my phone. .
