this magic blanket. It seriously invokes such a heavy and relaxed feeling after laying under it for just 10 minutes. I can't lie under this thing if I don't want to feel sleepy. So far so good. I've been using the weighted blanket for about a week now and although I'm still not sleeping well the blanket is helping a lot.
