🔒 Circuit-Safeguarding Rocker Switch: Preventing Accidental Damage Review

Well my 18 month old grandson quickly found that he could put his fingers through the holes to turn on the switch. If it's a switch that you use a lot, it's annoying to use because you have to put something in the hole to operate the switch. I didn't think it would make much of a difference, but it was annoying.

Great solution for light switches that need to stay on (like lamps with sensors or sockets that need to be on) or light switches that need to stay off. They have small holes that can be altered with something like an eraser. Almost invisible, but stylish. Great solution, highly recommend.

The switch I bought is for my security light and my guests (and I sometimes) accidentally turn it off because I thought it be a hall light. It was the only thing you didn't have to take off to turn off the switch, allowing me to change a lightbulb or turn the light off on purpose.

This paddle switch cover fits well, is exceptionally easy to install and is virtually invisible. Two small holes make it easy to turn the switch on and off as needed. It was the perfect product for my needs without being expensive. Since there are two packs, I might put one aside in case the one I used ever breaks.

I used this for the Honeywell Home RPLS740B1008 Econoswitch 7-Day Programmable Light Switch Timer decorative style so people couldn't access the programming buttons (since the lighting is from a timer controlled). The concave shape is useless in this situation as the clear cover makes light contact with the raised surface of the timer, but this hasn't caused any problems for me (your experience may vary). It would be nice if there was a version without a concave surface, but this product suited

Works great! I bought these to close the switches in my laundry room as I have a motion sensor there. The screws were long enough to reach the box. You can still turn the light on and off by sticking your finger through the small holes (a pencil is cooler, but it's nice to know you can toggle without tools too). This works great for me because I never have to manually change the switch. The transparent color makes them not very noticeable. Will buy again if I ever need a different switch cover!
