    Portable and useful

    I took this solar panel camping and am already very happy with my purchase. I have a fixed 100 watt roof mount on my truck, but having a panel that isn't dependent on where your truck is placed was very helpful. switched on and my battery was completely empty the whole day! I also used it to charge my USB powered bluetooth speaker. Very happy. I've never had ideal conditions, but I've gotten close to 80 watts depending on panel placement.     Garbage! Buy Paxcess 120s now!

    I bought Paxcess and Rockpal to compete with the Rockpal 300. Both devices drain about the same and connect to the panels. Paxcess produces 66-69 watts and Rockpal is a stable 47! Rockpal still doesn't work well. I've been using Paxcess for a week and it keeps showing high 60's and low 70's. These are upgraded Rockpals and you want them to show their best side?     Didn't charge the Rockpals solar generator.

    UPDATE REVIEW I keep getting emails from this company asking them to remove this review in exchange for a $20 Amazon gift card. ABSOLUTELY NOT! This panel only worked once and died. You must refund the full amount or send a replacement or a different product. I will not buy anything from this company in the future. . It charges the phone via USB, but Anderson's cable doesn't charge the Rockpals solar generator. I have two generators and it doesn't charge either. Charging the generators works…

    Well done for the trip and great load!

    Tested in the Florida sun, wattage comparable to my Renogy 100w monocrystalline flex panel which was not really suitable for camping and was badly worn out from storing my gear and sliding around in my car. Although Rockpals are more expensive, the portability of the design has become more important as we spread more around the campsite.     I bought this to use with my Jackery500. I checked all available information on other panels and chose the Rockpals version with stands because: 1) portability - folds down to a small briefcase size 2) waterproof - important to me, others are not waterproof 3) durability - you'll see , when you get it, it's high quality 4) the price is cheaper than some alternatives 5) did you know some others need full sun to charge and won't work if part is blocked?     Rockpal's RP082 100W foldable solar panels daily as of mid December 2020. The weather here in South Florida has been pretty good and I am able to charge an average of 50% to 60% solar energy per day from Rockpal's 300w solar generator.
