Rockport Classic Penny Loafer Black Review

For almost a decade I have been very satisfied with Johnston & Murphy's Ainsworth Penny Men's Loafers as they are comfortable, affordable and perfectly fit. matching shoes. Unfortunately the price of these shoes went up to the point where they could only be ordered on the MFG website for more than double the price I previously paid. my choice. Those were serviceable shoes but certainly not "classic" and certainly not "dark brown" but more of a bad tan they weren't very chic but kinda"considered and flashy" to be convincingly sloppy. They were made well enough, but just a freaky slacker mongrel. I immediately returned them and bought Cole Hahn burgundy loafers instead which were much better and closer to what I needed.

These loafers became one of my favorite shoes for work and business trips a few years ago and I've since bought a few replacements for my first pair. However, the pair that arrived when I last ordered them were half a size larger than the ones I currently wear, despite being marked as the same size and item numbers. I got out of healing even after switching to thick socks. The size difference was much larger than the usual manufacturing variance, so I'm not sure I trust Rockport to order online
