What my feet need

Well, what can I tell the old man. I bought these because I have Plantar Fasciitis (PF) and had custom orthotics made for me a few years ago. I buy the Rockport for the thick, soft outsole that holds up and wears well enough. I remove all the insoles that come with the shoes and replace them with full size orthotics. I find this shoe comfortable to wear and have no PF aggravation. I wear them to work 5 days a week and wear these loafers on my feet at the weekend for a quick shopping spree. I…

Turns out half a size smaller!

I liked the shoes but they are about half a size smaller. I wear normal size 11 (except Nike which we all know is too small). I can wear these shoes but they are tight. I was hoping it would stretch a little, but it didn't. I had too much time to go back so I have to live with that. Otherwise quite comfortable, with good lining, good arch support. JUST HERE. They are light and therefore comfortable for walking and long-term wear. The upper of the shoe looks matte/grainy rather than…

Good foot pad, do not buy if you have flat feet

Compare the product you received with what is shown online. I didn't realize it until I wrote a review after 6 months of use, but I actually got Eberdon slippers instead of Junction Point slippers. The junctions appear to be made of a thicker material than the Eberdons, which may have given my feet better support. The footpads are great, the best I've ever had in a shoe, if they're equal on Junctions then it must be a good shoe. I will post my less than positive review of Aberdon there.

  • Decent performance

Returned Shoe - Men's

I have loved wearing Rockports for years and have always had a size 10 which fits me perfectly. It was hard work getting into them. Later I noticed that other shoe reviews are too small and some are too big. Went to Big 5 and found the same thing, ended up staying around 11. Maybe someone in the country made shoes. These are great shoes if you are the right size. It was easy to give back.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities

  • Running Speed

Great loafers for wide feet

I really like these loafers, I hope they don't suffer from the delamination problem that has been widely reported in recent years (although it's easy enough to fix if it is so). wide feet (formerly DDD, now at least E or EE), they are wide enough on the sides and comfortable to wear. I doubt they will tear like most "wide" shoes I buy. The leather material is soft, pleasant to the touch and yet water-repellent. Poor arch support, but that's normal for loafers. And a really great price. Ideal to
