👞 Rockport Style Leader Slip-on Loafer Review

Nice shoe but note it has a ROCKPORT stamp on the back. It's not an athletic shoe, I'm not interested in advertising on my shoes and didn't even think a reputable company would do that. The ROCKPORT made an impression at the show, so all black, not too flashy, but still - although the shoe is good, I wouldn't buy it again because of that 'feature'. Shoes are narrow and light. tight-fitting evening shoes, which are more like sports shoes, are very good in this sense,

Shoes fit well and are comfortable. You look good too. I had a similar pair from another brand and it wasn't as comfortable and the boot started to break where the boot flexes when walking.

I bought Ecco New Jersey loafers a few years ago. I wore them 3-4 days a week for 2 years and loved them. They felt great from day one. I found them and they were about $30 cheaper and looked the same so I decided to give them a try. For the money they are ok. They're a bit tight and the leather isn't as soft as the Ecco. My suggestion is to spend the extra $30 and get an Ecco if you plan on shopping more than 3 days a week. If you only need casual wear 1-2 days a week, that's fine.

This pair is very light. Makes walking easier. Suitable for short trips to and from work. Unfortunately, Rockport shoes are now regular cushioned shoes like Dr. school. It doesn't quite live up to the old building standards of the good old Rockports of yesteryear.
