I have returned this product after several attempts to contact customer service. My grandson and I went to a 3 day scout camp and he used this bag there for the first time. The bag itself was great, contained what we needed, but there were issues with the bladder, the mouthpiece started to diverge on the first day and completely detached from the bladder tube by the end of the trip. I tried contacting the seller to see if a replacement mouthpiece was available but never received a response.

I like the backpack. It's light, seems well made and offers a lot of space for my activities. But the humidification system is terrible. The bite tube (mouthpiece) doesn't let much water through at all, and the mouthpiece lets air mix with the water (like an air leak). Didn't have time to return it so I put one of my old camelbak bite tubes on Mickey Mouse. The problem is that the tubes are slightly different sizes and I had to glue the pieces together to make a working system.

I love this bag! The water bag does not leak at all, even during intensive runs. It is very comfortably padded. The storage room holds an incredible number of things. The only issues I've found are 1) it doesn't have hip pockets, but that's probably just a matter of personal preference, and 2) I'm a woman and the chest strap isn't really designed for a woman's chest. Use these for various hiking/camping. I like that it has a huge capacity, is insulated, has lots of pockets and has a 3 liter tank. The reservoir even has an insulated, detachable tube and a wide neck opening for easy filling/drying. The price was fantastic! I bought 2 of these. In one case, the hanging holes that hang the bladder in the backpack ripped right off the first time I used it, so that was a bummer. The build quality of the backpack itself seems decent as I'm using quality material that I think can only be found on more expensive brands.
