Everything works and is great about this mobile equalizer. However, the Bluetooth connectivity is pathetic. Older ones (low bandwidth, longer connection times, poor range). Try the original version of Bluetooth when it came out 10 years ago. We need an update to "at least" Bluetooth 4.0. If you need an equalizer, buy one without bluetooth and just plug in a 12v latest version bluetooth dongle. I think DS-18 makes one with BT 4.0

5 stars only for excellent customer service. I have previously ordered 2 of these. It turned out that one of the devices was defective. I contacted the seller and they were able to replace the unit. Unfortunately, when the new device was shipped, a sticky thief stole my package. The seller was kind enough to file a complaint with the shipping company and send me a new device. The new machine sounds amazing as it should. Filters out annoying white noise. I highly recommend this product.

A great addition to your sound system. I've been using this equalizer for a few months now and it hasn't disappointed me yet. Very clean but not harsh. Gives my tweeters just the right amount of shimmer. Cleans up the bass before it hits the crossover and the midrange is well defined too. The sound quality this equalizer has to offer is my favorite. This is the third model of this model that I have. That's the problem. It just isn't sustainable. I'm the kind of person who can't let go of control. I'm constantly customizing the levels to my liking and it can't handle this last one I had. I just love this equalizer! I had a very good sound system that I had installed. Excellent head unit, large 5 channel amplifier, high quality speakers and two subwoofers. All of this will sound amazing for just a few selected songs or music genres, or at a certain volume setting. Any change in volume or music type requires taking your eyes off the road or trying to fiddle with the audio menu and settings on the head unit. With this EQ installed on my dashboard, I can quickly tweak and fine-tune
