Adds versatility - Microphones

This is a floor accessory that adds versatility to the Rode Wireless Go system. If you're doing live performances or filming a large group, this is a great way to pass the mic to the performers or audience.

Pros
  • Only positive
Cons
  • Good but not great

Simple and Useful - Multipurpose

The idea behind this small portable adapter is very simple but very useful. There is not much to explain here. Pretty simple, direct. Another thing is that being in front of the camera in a podcast or reportage style makes you look believable.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Slightly Crumpled

Worth buying - Multipurpose

Works as it should. Definitely a good buy. The only thing I don't like is the distinctive foam mic cover. I'm not a fan of that kind of branding on your face. Prefer all black foam covers. Hence 4 stars instead of 5. Thank you for keeping this item in stock. It was sold out everywhere.

  • Beautiful

Great for what I need it for!

I bought this hoping it would work with my microphone system and not Rode. I thought it might go a long way, but it's FULLY compatible and works great. My only issue is the windsock that goes over it. It's tight, but I suspect it will loosen over time. A lightweight. Although I wish it came with a carrying case.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Great accessory, logo optional

This accessory is a welcome addition to my Remote Reporter/Producer Kit. The Rode Wireless Go delivers excellent sound quality, so the Rode Interview Go Kit handle and foam mic pouch make field interviews even more professional - rather than hanging from a guest shirt with a large Rode transmitter. I just wish there wasn't a giant Rode logo on the mic foam as that makes it useless on air where we can't do brand promotion. I hope they offer interchangeable mic covers without the logo. I will buy

Pros
  • Nice piece
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Expensive and few features but best choice for me

As mentioned in other reviews it is very expensive for a piece of plastic with foam on it. There is a much better option, the Small Rig Interview Mic Handle. This small rig variant is much cheaper, is made of metal, has a ¼"-20 socket at the base, is adjustable in length, and has a foam grip. It's much better than this article. However, this Rode item has a foam microphone attachment for a Rode wireless microphone. There is no such thing in small rig competition and the most important thing for

Pros
  • So far so good
Cons
  • Can I add something

A nice accessory that turns a wireless transmitter into a handheld. However, the extremely high price compared to the cost of molding an essentially simple piece of plastic convinced me that Rode was using his customers to his advantage. I can overlook that because, as I said, it's a good accessory, maybe even a crucial one for some. What catches my eye is the large, contrasting Rode logo on your face on the microphone foam cover. After paying such a super premium price for a mic grip, I will…

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • No power
