Sometimes Rode is a very good gadget and it is worth spending extra for it to achieve exceptional quality. But not at this time. This buttonhole is definitely not worth paying too much for. Choose an analog instead; the BOYA BY-LM20 is four times less expensive. Certain benefits White in tone. suitable for light clothing. (Tried H1 and H5) Works well with Zoom records. Great little microphone with a sturdy shirt clip. The sound quality is amazing while masking most of the surrounding noise. Highly recommended.

Good sound but I wish they had sent at least two more windscreens. I accidentally ripped the windscreen off the mic and now it never stays the same. I'm using a white plastic sheet to hide the windshield from the mic, so it looks ok for now. -1 star for the windshield.
