WILL NOT FIT AT2020 - Accessory

Great looking damper, well made. NOT SUITABLE FOR AT2020. Some people have said this is the case with Q/A. It's not like this. at2020 is too big to fit in the hole. Simple and clear. Edit: I bought a metal file set and spent about 2 hours hand riveting this thing to make my at2020 fit in, finally pushed the at2020 in and it fit perfectly, didn't even need an extra attachment. (Hot glue was the plan). So if you really need a black spider mount, you can sand that down for the at2020.

Pros
  • Excellent workmanship
Cons
  • Very expensive

Should not sag and should not require a wrench!

Only set up, but will probably come back. Very disappointed that it takes a key to fix it in the corner. The straps should also be of good quality so they don't sag. If it's for the Procaster, they have to go back to the drawing board. It obviously can't bear the weight. Overall very dissatisfied and will most likely pack it back in a few minutes for a refund. As for the suspension, I'm sure it works. Just expect to use it at 90 degrees; because that's the only thing you can rely on. It doesn't

Pros
  • Hands-free
Cons
  • There are disadvantages

Works great with PROCASTER despite complaints from others

Works great with the RODE Procaster microphone. I noticed some sagging at first, but if you simply tug on the top elastics to increase tension and loosen the bottom elastics a bit, you can move the inner ring up and you're good to go. Other reviews say the Procaster mic is too heavy for this, but it works fine for me. Good insulation to avoid jarring on poles or tables. So ignore the other naysayers, this is a solid shock mount made specifically for RODE mics and if you can't get your Procaster

Pros
  • Good looking
Cons
  • Some flaws
