Scratches, looks used

The backpack is cute but for the price I was very disappointed the handle had deep scratches. With this marking it looks used and cheap. Very very frustrating.

Disappointed best in Kids Backpacks

My granddaughter loves the look of this backpack. I bought it because it is on wheels and their backpack is so heavy as they have to move their laptops due to COVID. She goes to school twice a week and spends the rest of the week teaching online. However, the backpack always falls forward when you let go of the handle, so I don't like the design.

Ideal for school. The princess, mother and teacher approves!

My princess has to take her laptop and it is very heavy. We use it as a backpack. She loves everything about it. We have found matching JoJo S shoes. Sell these shoes at Walmart. My princess goes to fashion school Mom Cons: I think it's a bit easy. This means if she rolls it too fast (racing with her brother) it tends to roll over.
