Not compatible with Crosswave 1785W

I bought these casters for my Bissell CrossWave 1785W canister and carpet vacuum. I just took one out of the box and started using it and the motor on the brush burned out! The pulley is too big for the belt to turn properly and as a result it has overheated and burned out the small motor. I didn't notice the problem because I've been using it on carpets and it wasn't until I smelled smoke that I realized there was a problem. Of course, the unit was out of warranty, so I ran out of my favoriteโ€ฆ

Works but rusts

I bought this kit 7 months ago. I use a shear wave about once a month (sometimes twice) to deep clean the floor. The replacement rollers fit the machine and look almost exactly like the original roller, except that they have rusted over time. The last time I used it, I noticed that there was a brown ring on one end of the roller that left a stain on the transparent surface of the shear wave. Plate. At this point the roller was still working properly and I figured it wasn't a problem. I used itโ€ฆ

Stick to the Bissel brand name, not the generic model

I've had my Bissel Crosswave Pet Pro for about 5 months. I cleaned the cross shaft and roller brush very well after each use. I decided to buy a box of replacement roller brushes and throw away the ones that came with the cross shaft the day I bought them. Well I received this item and put in a new brush and the new product worked fine for about 4 minutes and I noticed a strange noise and smell coming from Bissel. Then I noticed that the noise and smell was coming from the roller brush andโ€ฆ

Ok I know this will never be a problem for most but I live with a man who loves using my house as a workshop. Yes, inside the house his hobby is scraping gold and he's been breaking everything inside ever since it got cold and every time he plugs in his garage heater he blows up the switch box.
